How to Start a Return

2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop off your package at any carrier location.
4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
